It started in Chiswick with one oven and a big dream. 26 years later, we’re still doing things our way: serving fresh pasta, bubbly pizza crusts, and food that makes you go “oooooo.” We don’t do "safe" or "samey." We bring people together in modern rustic restaurants to make every occasion standout.

About the role

As a Front of House Team Member, you set the tone. Zizzi service isn't about scripts; it’s about real people and genuine hospitality. From the first “hello” to grating cheese (or chocolate!) like a pro, you ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and always a team effort!.

What you’ll be doing

Be a menu expert. Confidently recommend our fresh pasta, bubbly pizzas, cocktails, and showstopper desserts
Own your section. Serve food and drinks with pride, managing tables efficiently while working with the kitchen and bar teams.
Add the Zizzi touch. Use your Individuality to spot small details - like a cheeky joke or surprise treat to create the fun atmosphere.
Be part of more. Support your teammates during busy rushes and live our values by being better than yesterday.
